Your Role
We are seeking three Trading / Commercial Interns to join our Agriculture division based in Hemswell, Lincolnshire for a 12 month placement. During your internship, you'll rotate across our Trading, Farm Trading and Retail departments gaining hands-on experience to market analysis and pricing strategies.
Your Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, pricing, and trading strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports.
• Support trade execution, order entry, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement trading strategies.
• Learn about market conditions, and regulatory developments.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute insights and recommendations during team meetings.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the trading and commercial teams.

Your Profile

• Undertaking a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Agriculture, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Interested in trading and commercial aspects of the agriculture industry.
• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
