Job Title: Traffic Clerk (Early Shift)

Hours:

06:00am - 16:00pm

Salary:

32,000 per annum

Traffic Clerk

to join our experienced and dedicated team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our driver operations within the pallet network.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage drivers, including scheduling, compliance, and performance monitoring. Carry out accurate and timely freight scanning to ensure traceability within the pallet network. Act as a primary liaison with customers, providing updates and resolving queries promptly. Coordinate day-to-day pallet network operations to ensure service levels are met. Support general warehouse and transport activities as required to maintain smooth workflow.

About You:

Strong organisational and planning skills Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with drivers and colleagues Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure Experience in transport/logistics planning (preferred but not essential)
