Joining us as a Traffic & Highway Engineering Apprentice means being part of a collaborative team that shapes the way people move. You'll combine on-the-job experience with structured study - developing practical skills while working toward professional qualifications and a rewarding career in transport and civil engineering.
Role Overview
As a Traffic & Highway Engineering Apprentice, you'll assist our engineers and designers on a wide range of traffic and transport projects. You'll learn how to develop, design, and deliver engineering solutions that support active travel, public transport, and safer road networks.
You'll work as part of multidisciplinary teams and gain hands-on experience using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. Over time, you'll take on more responsibility as your skills and knowledge develop.
