Step Up as an M1/M2/M5 Traffic Management Operative with Roadways!

We're on the hunt for a skilled

M1/M2/M5 Traffic Management Operative

to join our dynamic and growing team in Sussex. If you're experienced in traffic management and ready to tackle multiple setups per day, we want you on board!

Your Role:

Be the backbone of our traffic management operations, handling everything from 2-way and 4-way lights to priority and 15-minute closures. You'll ensure every setup meets industry standards and keeps our roads safe and efficient.

What you'll need:

Relevant certifications:

LANTRA M1 to M5

At least

2 years' experience

in traffic management Strong understanding of industry standards and a knack for problem-solving A team spirit and clear communication skills
