About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced
Traffic Marshal (Banksman)
to join our busy construction site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing site traffic, ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery, and maintaining a safe working environment for all operatives and visitors.Key Responsibilities
Directing and guiding vehicles and plant machinery around site safely Ensuring pedestrian routes are maintained and kept safe Monitoring site access and egress points Assisting with deliveries and vehicle manoeuvring Communicating clearly with drivers and site operatives using hand signals and radios Upholding health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
Valid
Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
(essential) CSCS card (preferred but not always required) Previous experience working on a construction site (desirable) Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety procedures Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious attitudeBenefits
