Trainee Account Manager

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester (5 mins from the city centre)

Salary: 25,000 base + OTE 30,500+ (Top earners 75,000+)

What you'll be doing:

o Contacting customers who've applied for car finance online (all warm leads - no cold calling)

o Reviewing financial info to assess loan eligibility

o Guiding customers through the application and approval process

o Managing call-backs and building rapport

o Learning the ropes in the Prequalification Team before progressing into Account Management (where top earners make 75k+)

What they're looking for:

o Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner

o Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

o Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage your time

o Comfortable using Microsoft Office

o Prior sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required

Salary & Benefits:

o 25,000 basic salary

o OTE 30,500+ in Year 1
