Role: Trainee Account Manager

Salary: 25,000 basic, plus uncapped commission!

What you'll be doing:

Contacting customers who've applied for car finance online (all warm leads - no cold calling) Reviewing financial info to assess loan eligibility Guiding customers through the application and approval process Managing call-backs and building rapport Learning the ropes in the Prequalification Team before progressing into Account Management (where top earners make 75k+)

What they're looking for:

Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage your time Comfortable using Microsoft Office Prior sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required

Salary & Benefits:
