Trainee Account Manager

Starting salary: 25,000 + bonus/commission (10% of salary)

Cransford is one of Northern Ireland's leading private medical insurance brokerages, trusted by individuals, families, and businesses to cut through the complexity of healthcare cover. We're growing fast, and we're now looking for a Trainee Account Manager to join our Belfast team.

This is an opportunity for someone with

at least one year's customer service or sales experience

to step into a professional role with clear progression. You'll be learning the ropes from experienced account managers, building lasting client relationships, and developing specialist knowledge in a sector that genuinely makes a difference to people's lives.

What you'll be doing

Supporting senior account managers with client portfolios Helping clients understand their policies and renewal options Building relationships and spotting opportunities for growth Managing day-to-day queries, paperwork, and follow-ups Getting to grips with the private medical insurance market through training and hands-on experience
What we're looking for

Minimum

1 year of customer service or sales experience

in a busy environment A degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not essential Strong communicator who can explain things clearly and confidently Detail-focused and organised, able to juggle multiple tasks Driven to learn, grow, and progress into a full Account Manager role
