The Role

As a Trainee Accounts Manager, you will start by learning the foundations of sales and customer acquisition. As you progress, you will take on increasing responsibility, including account management, team leadership, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities

Learning and applying core sales and customer acquisition strategies Representing clients and brands in a professional manner Managing and developing client accounts Working closely with senior management and mentors Progressing into team leadership responsibilities Training, coaching, and developing junior team members Monitoring performance and supporting team growth Maintaining high standards in a fast-paced sales environment
