: Trainee Account Manager
: We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic person to join our team. Training as an account manager, a successful candidate must be eager to learn and develop into the customer focused role of account manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in B2B sales, with a clear development path and support from colleagues with experience from various sales backgrounds.
Duties include:
Answering queries from new and existing clients with a polite and professional manner by both telephone and email.
Maintaining and building relationships with contacts from both new and long-standing clients.
Calling current and prospective clients to ensure upcoming testing requirements are catered for.
Assisting with administrative tasks. Preparing quotations and entering information onto business systems. Prior knowledge of Microsoft office applications is essential.
Contributing to general organization and cleanliness of the office.

Hours :
35 per week for 9am to 5pm (including 1 hours unpaid lunch break)

Pay: 24,800.00-34,000.00 per year
