What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and servicing a portfolio of existing business customers
Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service
Identifying opportunities to grow account spend and cross-sell additional products
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales using our CRM
Working to clearly defined KPIs and targets, with full training and support provided
Collaborating with internal teams (logistics, customer service and purchasing) to deliver best-in-class service
What We're Looking For:
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A drive to hit targets and grow customer value
Organised and able to manage multiple customer accounts
Some sales, customer service, or business experience is helpful but not essential
Confident using digital tools - CRM experience is a bonus

About Normans Business Solutions:
We are a well-established business with a large book of customers, and we are looking to expand our customer base with a range of new products. We provide business supplies from paperclips to full IT solutions! This includes workwear, protective equipment, furniture, catering supplies and much more. We have a number of long term team members who have great industry experience, and we would like to pass on that experience to the next generation of Normans' account managers.
Please note that public transport is limited to our offices, and please bear this in mind when considering applying for this role, as the job is full time office based.
