About the Role:



The Trainee Accountant will provide essential support across a range of accounting services, including trust accounting, tax investigations, and bookkeeping.

This role involves assisting senior colleagues in delivering high-quality services to clients while developing core accounting skills. The Trainee Accountant will contribute to the firm's success by ensuring that all tasks are performed with technical competence and in line with Xeinadin's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist senior colleagues in gathering information and communicating with clients on routine matters. Prepare VAT returns and management accounts under the supervision of senior staff. Prepare trust and limited company accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Liaise with clients to collect relevant information for accounting and tax work. Communicate with clients in a professional manner, delivering excellent customer service. Represent the firm in a professional manner through conduct, appearance, and attitude, both internally and externally. Contribute to a team environment that fosters collaboration and supports each other in achieving client and business goals. Participate in team activities that improve business and client service standards. Uphold and promote Xeinadin's mission, values, and strategic goals in all aspects of work. Ensure that all assigned tasks contribute to the firm's growth and service excellence.

Key Requirements:



Entry-level role, ideally working towards AAT/ACA/ACCA A strong desire to pursue further qualifications and become a qualified Accountant.

Additional Requirements:



Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and financial data. Strong desire to learn and develop professionally. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong team player, dependable, and proactive.
