Trainee Administrative Assistant

Location:



The Trainee Administrative Assistant will be based at our main office at Kirkton Avenue, Dyce.

Job Summary:



We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our office in Dyce, assisting the finance team with the day to day administrative duties. The role will be varied and the candidate will be given the opportunity to learn a number of aspects of the business.

Principle duties include, but not limited to:



Reception Duties. Producing documents using MS Office Packages. Processing documents using InspHire Office software. Handling numerous and varied requests from our personnel. Filing various documents. Participate in all safety meetings and training activities. Assist in preparation of Quality Assurance Documentation as instructed. To carry out any additional relevant activity that the company considers appropriate for the position. Ability to work as part of a team and independently unsupervised. Ability to be flexible in approach to others and have good teamwork skills.

Skills and Experience:



Standard Grade Certificates of equivalent. Excellent attention to detail. Experience in using Word, Excel, and other MS Office packages advantageous but full training will be given. Great communication skills.
