Omni Group, a specialist construction and service contractor, is currently recruiting for an ambitious Trainee Administrator to join our team.
Based in Law, South Lanarkshire, we can be easily reached by local bus services or car.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, you will play an important part in the smooth running of our office. Your duties will include:
Handling incoming calls and greeting visitors
Speaking with suppliers
Requesting and obtaining quotes
Producing purchase orders
Providing general administrative support to the team
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience
Good computer skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Full training will be provided on all software packages we use.
