Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Answer the phone promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently Perform data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating databases such as QuickBooks or other office management software Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies + filing. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with clear communication and positive attitude Organize files systematically both physically and digitally to ensure easy retrieval of information Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to computers Support other administrative projects as needed to enhance overall office efficiency

Requirements



experience in office administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Strong typing skills along with meticulous proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documents Exceptional phone etiquette Knowledge of office equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills for computers and printers Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Strong time management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Grade 4 or above in GCSE math's and English

PROGRESSION

Once you have successfully completed your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship you will have achieved a national qualification which is recognised throughout the industry and this may, where available, lead to a full time position within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
