Package:

Starting Salary:

25,500 per annum, with a salary increase and performance related bonus after successful completion of our 6-month probatory period

Hours:

Tuesday to Saturday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)

We're Looking For!

A genuine passion for motorcycles Prior experience within the automotive sector or a customer service role would be an advantage Willingness to learn and develop within the aftersales department Excellent communication and computer skills Ability to multitask and use your own initiative when faced with challenges Impressive organisational skills A positive, proactive and team-oriented mind set Professional and courteous manner Full, clean Motorcycle and Car driving licence

Previous experience is not essential

Pro-actively contact customers with progress of work updates Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing. Notify customers promptly of completion of work. Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available. Produce invoices of work carried out. Upsell various products. Advise customers of necessary repairs.
