About the Role


This is a field-based role suited to someone keen to build hands-on site experience within a RICS-accredited consultancy. You will work across retrofit, pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases, supporting clients to meet Building Regulations and environmental legislation.

Full training is provided, including extensive training to EAS standards.

Location & Travel


Field-based, covering areas including East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Central London and Kent. Regular overnight stays are required (expenses paid).

What You'll Be Doing



Carrying out air tightness testing on existing, occupied properties in line with PAS2035 Carrying out air tightness testing on new buildings to EAS standards Understanding client requirements and construction industry challenges Representing The FES Group professionally at all times

What We're Looking For



Enthusiastic and reliable individual with strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable working independently and travelling long distances Willing to stay away overnight on a regular basis Full, clean driving licence required

Mandatory Requirements



Full, clean driving licence DBS check (required for successful applicant) Ability to work from and around our York office during the initial two-week training period
