We are recruiting for a Trainee Architectural Technician to join the Technical Department in Head Office, based in Measham, Swadlincote. A career in Architecture and Design with Bloor Homes will be the start of something big. Surrounded by a team of experienced and caring professionals across Design, Technical and Planning, you'll have the chance to demonstrate your ability whilst learning from the best.



MAIN DUTIES

Producing, creating and modifying basic layouts using AutoCad. Amending house type working drawings for one of our regional teams. Producing presentation layouts and planning application packs. Attending meetings that may be required in the performance of your duties. Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages. Ability to use AutoCAD. 5 GCSE Grade 4 or above, including maths and English (or equivalent). Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
