Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative / Construction Operative
Salary:
32,400
(PAYE)37,700
(Self-employed)Higher starting rates may be offered to candidates with experience in asbestos, multi-trade or construction.
About the Role:
Blue A Ltd is seeking honest, self-disciplined, motivated and reliable operatives to join our growing team. This is a trainee-level position with full training provided (including certifications), subject to a training agreement.
The role involves:
Asbestos removal
(primary task)Demolition and construction labouring
(secondary tasks)All training, PPE/RPE, and equipment will be provided.
There is the potential for progression into supervisory roles for the right candidates. Supervisor salaries can reach
up to 55,000
, depending on experience.What We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

Requirements (Must-Haves):
Good spoken English and reasonable written English Category B driving licence with
at least 1 year's driving experience
Must live within30-60 minutes of Watford
