As part of the customer service team, you'll provide exceptional service to NHS staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring they can access the information they need.



You'll assist librarians with a wide range of library duties, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of library operations.



You'll play a key role in promoting library services and resources, raising awareness within the NHS Trust and encouraging their use.



You'll oversee the health promotion reclassification project, ensuring the library's collection on this topic is organized and up-to-date.
