Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth running of the establishment
Support the management team in supervising staff and maintaining high standards of service
Participate in food preparation and cooking, adhering to food safety regulations
Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques and hospitality best practices
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards throughout all kitchen operations
Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
Foster a positive working environment through effective team management and communication
Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns or feedback
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Supervising experience or demonstrated leadership abilities within a team setting
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in kitchen operations, barista skills, or hotel management is advantageous
