We are seeking a highly motivated enthusiastic person to oversee our Hotel bar restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating an enjoyable experience for our patrons. This role requires a blend of management skills and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Duties
Supervise staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to company standards.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
Keep abreast of menus, including room food and beverage offerings that align with current trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.
Train and mentor staff in food production techniques, drinks preparation, and customer service skills.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create harmonious pairings between food and beverage offerings.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Monitor financial performance of the bar, including sales reports and cost control measures.
Skills
Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry preferable
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food production.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A background in culinary arts or kitchen supervision is advantageous but not essential.
Passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering outstanding service experiences.
