Job Description
We are looking for a enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn new skills to join our team, full time, manufacturing sound isolation enclosures.
The role involves various duties including the construction and finishing of our sound isolation panels, building and finishing fan boxes, light boxes, glazing doors and general workshop duties.
Required Skills
Good communication skills. Good numeracy and literacy skills. The ability to work alone or as part of a team. Full UK Driving License preferred.
Personal Qualities
You will be punctual and reliable. You will have a focused and methodical approach to tasks, with good attention to detail. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines.
Useful Information
Salary: Meets National Living Wage + overtime opportunities Working week: 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday At peak times there will be the requirement for you to work additional hours. No experience necessary full training will be given Any hands on working or tool experience would be an advantage

What you'll do
Cut, bond and assemble
sound-booth panels
to jigs and drawings.Finish carpeting
to a high standard (measuring, trimming, adhesive application). Use hand/power tools (chop saw, routers, drills, staplers etc) safely. Follow CAD drawings, quality checks and keep a tidy, safe workspace. Load/unload materials; help with packing/dispatch. General tasks such as tidying and cleaningWhat you'll get
Full training. PPE provided; all tools and materials on site. 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), workplace pension, staff perks. Progression routes (Lead Assembler / Installer / CNC operator)
