We are looking for an ambitious Trainee/Assistant Site Manager who wants to progress quickly and take ownership. This role is ideal for someone with a trade background who is ready to move into coordination, supervision and site management. Core Requirements

Full UK driving licence

Own vehicle (van preferred)

Hands-on approach on site

Trade background (carpentry preferred, other trades considered)

Willing to travel between projects

Desirable (Not Essential)

Ability to read drawings and plans

Basic supervisory or trainee management experience

Early exposure to residential construction

What the Role Develops Into

Coordination of subcontractors and trades

Sequencing and scheduling works

Health and safety compliance

Quality control and snagging

Reporting to senior site/project managers

Client interaction and programme delivery

Package & Working Conditions

Day rate 140-160 (DOE)

Overtime and weekends available

Consistent workload and desirable working hours

Clear progression pathway with increased responsibility and earning potential

Work on high-standard residential projects using modern construction methods
