Trainee Business Development Executive (Ecommerce)
Location: Altrincham (Office-based)
Position Type: Full-Time- 8:45 - 17:15
Salary: 28K (Rising to 30K after successful completion of probationary period) OTE 50K

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by prospecting and onboarding ecommerce businesses located in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation (
Pre-probation
):
Identify and prospect potential ecommerce business owners who could benefit from our Google campaign appraisals.
Work provided data lists to generate leads and maintain an up-to-date database.
Initiate outbound communications (calls, emails, social media) to engage with potential clients.
Work collaboratively with the team to come up with effective solutions for small/medium sized businesses.
Closing & Customer onboarding (
Post-probation
):
Execute effective sales strategies to close B2B deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets
Demonstrate strong communication skills both in written and verbal forms
Identify and prospect potential clients through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn, focusing on ecommerce businesses in the UK and Ireland.
Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of experience in dealing with B2B sales
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience in prospecting and lead generation via phone, email and LinkedIn
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently
Money-motivated with a strong work ethic
Business acumen and strategic thinking
Sales CRM experience preferred (Hubspot/salesforce etc)
Training and Support:
Best-in-class sales training: 6 week Sales Academy induction (9am - 5pm)
Product training provided by Google qualified service team
Ongoing on-the-job support to ensure continuous professional development
Access to qualified data for prospecting
