Duties & Responsibilities of Trainee Business Development Executive:
A commitment to learn the role and learn how to manage and grow customer accounts
Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day client relationships
Assisting with proposals, quotations and onboarding new clients
Developing a strong understanding of the market and our offering
Full training in Account Management will be provided to ensure a strong understanding of our products/services, customers and business processes is established.
As confidence and skills are developed, it is expected that a gradual transition into a proactive sales role will take place. This will include responsibility for winning and developing new business whilst maintaining a portfolio of accounts.
The direct sales role has a strong focus on new business, and this will become a core point of the role.
