About the Business Development Manager Programme
Our BDM Programme is a structured, 18-24 month development scheme designed to fast-track you into a full Business Development Manager position.
You'll receive comprehensive sales training while working alongside our established field sales team - giving you the perfect blend of on-the-job learning, coaching, and personal development.
By the end of the programme, you'll have all the skills and experience needed to succeed as a Kite BDM.

A full UK driving licence
Ability to work from your local Kite Regional Distribution Centre
Package:
All successful candidates start on a 27,000 basic salary, progressing up to 33,000 within 24 months based on performance. Total OTE ranges 34,000-40,000+.
Package Includes:
27,000 basic (rising to 30,000 and 33,000 with generated sales)
Company car or car allowance (worth 8,400 per year)
Uncapped sales bonus (3,000+ subject to performance)
