Job Description

We're hiring a Trainee Campaign Manager to join our growing Liverpool team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for ambitious, competitive individuals who are looking for a career-driven opportunity rather than a short-term job.

You'll work across a variety of client campaigns and sectors, gaining hands-on experience in campaign coordination, brand representation and performance management. With structured training and clear progression pathways, this role is designed to develop future campaign leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of live client campaigns Represent client brands professionally across different sectors Monitor campaign performance and contribute to daily targets Assist with team coordination and on-site campaign support Learn campaign reporting, strategy, and performance optimisation Support onboarding and training of new team members Maintain high standards of professionalism across all campaigns
