The Role



As an

Trainee Sales Manager

, you'll be responsible for supporting and leading a team, driving performance, and helping our clients achieve exceptional growth. You'll also work closely with the Senior Management team, gaining first-hand experience in management, operations, and strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who's hungry for success, eager to take on responsibility, and looking to progress into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities



Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and coach a small team to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.

Recruitment & Training:

Assist in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members, ensuring they receive proper guidance and support.

Performance Development:

Monitor team progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement training plans to develop individual and team capability.

Campaign Coordination:

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.

Client Growth Support:

Collaborate with the senior partner to manage client relationships, strategy meetings, and performance reviews.

Leadership Assistance:

Provide direct support to the senior manager in team development, project planning, and business expansion initiatives.

Culture Building:

Contribute to a positive, high-energy workplace through mentoring, recognition, and team engagement.

About You



Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident leading others and taking initiative. Passionate about sales, personal growth, and developing others. Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by results.

Previous leadership or team-based experience (even informal) is a plus -- but not essential.
