Job Description

PJA Carpentry Ltd is a labour only carpentry sub-contractor, based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. We work on new build developments comprising mainly of houses and flats.

We are looking to recruit a number of

self-employed

trainee site carpenters to work with our skilled carpenters carrying out all aspects of carpentry works to new build developments.

Responsibilities:

? Assist skilled carpenter in day-to-day tasks

? Liaise with Site Managers and PJA management team

? Carry out the relevant works to complete your portfolio of on-site assessment works

A suitable candidate would have an interest in the construction industry and the motivation to develop their skill set and learn a trade.

Skills required:

? A can-do attitude and highly flexible

? Ability to work on own initiative and well with others due to rotational works

A full UK driving license and use of own vehicle would be essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 80.00 per day

Work Location: In person
