What You'll Do:

Support the Registered Manager with the daily running of the children's home Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care Oversee safeguarding, behaviour management, and care planning Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies Build positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and professionals Step up to manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

(essential) Working towards or willing to complete

Level 5 Leadership qualification

(fully funded) Minimum

2 years' experience

in residential childcare, with some supervisory or senior experience Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Calm, resilient, and therapeutic approach to challenges

Full UK driving licence

preferred, but not essential
