We're currently recruiting a Trainee Operative or Skilled Labourer who's eager to build a career in civil engineering -- or simply wants to work with a professional, respectful, and supportive team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position, perfect for someone looking to gain real experience in the civil engineering trade. You'll assist our site teams across a wide variety of tasks including groundwork, concrete, drainage, ducting, kerbing, and landscaping.

Key Duties:

Site setup, clean-up, general labouring Supporting trades and machine operators Concrete works, duct laying, drainage assistance Operating tools and materials handling Travelling and staying away from home when required (Mon-Fri) - fully paid

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 or over Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport Able to get to Lockerbie for a 7:00 a.m. start Positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Open to regular travel and working away (with paid accommodation and allowance)
