Summary



We are seeking a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Pembroke. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our property management operations. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service in property management.

Responsibilities



Assist the accounts teams with receipting payments, processing invoices, and reconciliations. Responding to customers' queries by email and telephone. Producing automatic reports.

Qualifications

Must have good Grades and Maths and English (Grade 5 or above) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Familiarity with financial services is a plus. Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
