Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic

Trainee CNC Laser Operator

with some existing engineering experience. Full training will be provided on CNC laser cutting machinery, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop new technical skills and build a long?term career within our team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating CNC laser cutting machines Load and unload materials safely Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards Read and interpret basic engineering drawings (training provided) Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance Follow all health & safety guidelines Support production targets and work collaboratively with the team Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (essential) Basic understanding of engineering processes or machinery Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop new skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Positive attitude and strong work ethic
