The Role
As a Trainee CNC Operator, you will:
Learn how to set up and operate CNC machinery. Follow technical drawings and instructions to produce precision components. Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Work alongside experienced machinists to develop your skills. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Skills & Requirements
No prior CNC experience required - full training will be provided. Basic mechanical or engineering knowledge (desirable but not essential). Good attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to work well as part of a team.
