is expanding. We are looking for ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our prestigious Trainee Coach Driver Programme this January.

We aren't just offering you a job; we are offering to invest in your future. We will take you from a standard car driver to a professional PCV holder, with training worth over

2,000 provided entirely free of charge.

The Package: What We Offer You

Competitive Pay:

Earn

13.25/hr

while you learn, jumping to

14.25-20.25/hr

once qualified.

What You Will Learn

Guided by our JAUPT-approved instructors, you will master:

Comprehensive driving skills to pass your PCV test. The "Country Lion Standard" of vehicle inspection and safety. Elite customer service skills required for VIP and tour work. European and UK tour management.

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need previous bus driving experience, but you do need:

A Valid UK Driving Licence

(Car/Category B).

Ambition & Dedication:

A desire to learn and uphold high standards.

People Skills:

A flair for delivering exceptional customer service.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
