About the Role:

As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you will be fully trained to install, service, and maintain a range of coffee machines and beverage equipment at client sites across your region. Working in a field-based role, each day brings new challenges as you help keep our customers brewing without a hitch.

What You'll Do:

Attend customer sites to install, maintain, and repair coffee and beverage machines Diagnose faults and carry out routine servicing Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and professionalism Keep accurate service records and reports Travel across your designated area with support from our experienced engineering team

What We're Looking For:

A genuine interest in engineering, mechanics, or electrics Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Full UK driving licence Willingness to undergo full training and development
