We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial Team. As a Trainee Commercial Assistant, you will provide support to the Commercial Team across a range of duties, including:

Assisting with preparation of Logistics, Strip Out, Hoarding, Protection, Site Setup and Waste Away pricing schedules and quotations. Supporting with take-offs from drawings and on-site measurements. Carrying out general administrative duties and electronic housekeeping of filing. Managing new tender enquiries, including: Adding projects to trackers Opening project folders Downloading and organising relevant documentation Attending site visits (tender stage) to assess project requirements and reporting findings back to the Commercial Team. Attending site visits (live projects) and reporting findings back to the Commercial Team. Assisting with the preparation of valuations and related documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well both independently and within a team. Willingness to learn and develop within a commercial environment. A background or interest in construction would be beneficial but is not essential.

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
