The Role

Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest moments, and Conveyancers play a crucial part in making it happen. This role gives you the chance to become the legal expert guiding customers through that journey.


As a Trainee Property Lawyer, you'll learn how to manage the full legal process of residential property transactions -- from initial instruction to completion.

What You'll Learn & Do

During your first 12 months, based in our Leicester (Enderby) office, you will:


Be trained by dedicated L&D specialists, your Conveyancing Manager, and experienced colleagues Learn all about property law, legal documents, contracts, and the full conveyancing workflow Develop excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues, lenders, agents, and more Gain hands-on experience managing real cases as you grow The option to work toward a

recognised Conveyancing industry qualification

in the future
