About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Law Graduate, Trainee Conveyancer, or Graduate Paralegal with a keen interest in Residential Property Law to join our growing conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a respected, client-focused firm where professional growth and development are supported.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting solicitors with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
Drafting and preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
Conducting searches, reviewing title documents, and preparing reports.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
Maintaining case management systems and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
Requirements
Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
A genuine interest in property and conveyancing law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and organisational ability.
Professional, proactive, and committed to client care.
Experience
Previous experience in residential conveyancing or a property law setting is beneficial but not essential -- full training will be provided.
