Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Support customers with enquiries, bookings, or complaints Maintain accurate records and handle data entry tasks Learn and apply company procedures, systems, and policies Work with the wider team to meet service goals and targets

A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and listening skills Basic IT knowledge (email, typing, etc.) Reliability, punctuality, and a team player approach No previous experience required - full training provided
