A vacancy has arisen within our busy Inverness service department for a full-time trainee customer service advisor.
We are looking for the perfect candidate to provide the first point of contact for all customers at the front desk, delivering professional and efficient customer service from start to finish with their workshop visit.
Main duties include...
oBooking in customers to the workshop
oAnswering incoming calls
oMaking up invoices/Preparing paperwork
oCommunicating with the customer about their vehicle requirements
We are looking for someone who...
oHas a friendly and courteous manner
oGreat communication skills - telephone/face to face/e-mails
oExcellent computer skills - working with e-mails/dealer management system
oGood organisational skills
