We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through personalised assistance programmes. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop tailored support plans.
Provide ongoing counselling and emotional support to clients facing various challenges.
Assist clients in accessing relevant services such as housing, healthcare, and employment opportunities.
Monitor client progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
Maintain detailed case records in compliance with organisational policies and data protection regulations.
Collaborate with external agencies, community organisations, and stakeholders to coordinate services.
Supervise junior staff or volunteers, offering mentoring and guidance to ensure quality service delivery.
Organise group workshops or training sessions aimed at skill development or awareness raising.
Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are upheld within the community.
Skills
Proven experience in supervising or mentoring team members or volunteers.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic approach towards clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Sound understanding of social services, community resources, and relevant legislation.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals and families.
