Job Description

We are a small, family run Print Finishing/Carton Converting Company, who, due to increasing workload, are looking for an individual who can assist with day to day activities within the factory, as well as training to be a Die Cutter Machine Operator/Folder Gluer Operator within the folding box board industry, on a full-time basis.

Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle is a MUST.

The candidate will be provided with training.

As this is a very physical and manual role, we are looking for someone who demonstrates hard work and the necessary energy for the role.

We are looking for an employee who is:

Able to work as part of a team Able to communicate effectively Able to follow direction Loyal Flexible Reliable Full drivers/motorbike license -Due to our location, access to own transport is essential.
The starting salary is minimum wage based on no experienced. If a candidate has experience this salary is negotiable.

We provide a pension and the hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-12pm (that is occasionally variable as sometimes you may finish earlier, or be asked, if it's work dictated, to work later).

Annual Leave is 20 days plus bank holidays.

There will be a 3 month probationary period, after which a performance review will be undertaken.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
