The Role

As a

Trainee Digital Marketing & Content Assistant

, you'll work directly with our creative and marketing team to help grow our social media presence, create engaging content, and support day-to-day marketing activity across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

Assist in creating engaging short-form videos and posts for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram & Facebook. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and workshop highlights. Help manage posting schedules, captions, and audience engagement. Research trends and suggest new ideas for content and campaigns.

AI Tools & Digital Marketing

Learn and use AI tools such as ChatGPT-5, Canva AI, and HeyGen to create content. Assist in writing blogs, email newsletters, and digital adverts. Support website updates and online campaigns using WordPress, Shopify, and other tools. Track social media analytics and report on performance.

Creative Support

Help with photo/video shoots, editing, and basic design work (training provided). Brainstorm campaign ideas and contribute creative input to projects. Provide admin support to ensure smooth running of marketing operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Energetic, positive, and keen to learn new digital skills. Comfortable using social media and excited by creative tech. Detail-oriented with a good sense of initiative. Interested in marketing, AI, or content creation as a future career. A team player who enjoys a fun, collaborative working environment.

No prior experience required -- full training will be provided.
