Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic individuals who want to join the world of Direct Sales, this role involves engaging with customers in their homes, measuring, taking the customer through Wombourne Windows product range, giving recommendations and solutions and delivering a quotation to secure the contract.

Wombourne Windows is the market leader in the premier Home Improvement company in the West Midlands, Mid and North Wales with Showrooms in Kingswinford, Shrewsbury and coming in 2026 Chester. Our product range includes but not limited to traditional PVCu windows and doors, conservatories and orangeries, to timber products that lead the market place in areas of conservation and listed buildings.

We offer initial and ongoing training on products, sales negotiation, finance and development, with a market place competitive financial support package, along with sales kit, laptop and sales material.

You must have a full and valid driving licence, a vehicle and mobile phone.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential business clients through direct sales methods, including face-to-face meetings, calls, and presentations. Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Excellent organisational skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a professional demeanour. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per year
