We are seeking a Trainee Electrical Assembly Technician / Wire person to join our team. The main purpose of the job is to conduct electrical assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products to required internal and external specifications and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Electrical assembly of a range of products for the Educational Engineering and Food Technology sectors
Reporting feedback to Team Leader on job status
Working with team members to improve working methods
Support in the raising CR-E (Engineering Change Requests) and feeding back to engineering issues
Supporting in the creation of standardised working practices
Ensuring product is wired correctly and on time, supporting production demand as required
Ensuring that the safety of your colleagues remains uncompromised
Assisting in booking of all units passed to test / stores and completion of necessary documentation
Communicating effectively (issues / progress) with Team Leaders
Assisting with Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action events
