Your key responsibilities will be:

Update websites, window displays and office property lists Organise boards to be erected and taken down as necessary Sales progression - progressing your sold properties pipeline to their completion Creating property brochures adding photos and floor plans Generating sales valuations Dealing with enquiries Daily review of purchasers within our database Carrying out viewings Agreeing sales Plus other duties which may be required from time to time
Skills/Experience/Attributes

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

You must be confident, outgoing, proactive and highly motivated Able to work under pressure and understand that deadlines have to be met An excellent rapport builder and communicator Smart and well-presented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Local knowledge of Newcastle area would be very useful
Qualifications

At the end of this apprenticeship you will be a qualified Estate Agent.

Drivers License Essential
