Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Trainee Estimator / Surveyor, based at our office in Newbury. Training will be given towards the eventual responsibility for preparing detailed cost estimates, analysing project requirements, liaising with clients and suppliers, evaluating bids, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. The role also involves site visits, project meetings, and collaboration with commercial managers and clients.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Part-time construction based studies will be fully supported.
