The Role: Trainee Events Manager



This is an entry-level management development role with a strong focus on live events and sales campaigns. You will start by learning the foundations of event execution, brand promotion, and customer engagement before progressing into planning, managing, and leading events and teams.

Full paid training is provided, making this role ideal for candidates with little or no previous experience who are looking to build a career in events and sales.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with the planning and execution of live events and promotional campaigns Represent client brands at events in a professional and engaging manner Drive customer engagement and sales at events Build rapport with customers and event attendees Support event set-up, breakdown, and logistics Work towards individual and event-based performance targets Learn team coordination and on-site leadership skills Progress into managing events and supervising event teams
